Bulk license management

Bulk licenses are managed from your ORGanizer community account now: link yours once, and assign or free its seats without typing its key and email every time.

  1. Create an account

    A free community account: a username, an email and a password. Any email will do: it need not be the one the license was bought with.

  2. Link your bulk license

    In My licenses, link it with its key and the email it was bought with, as on your Gumroad receipt or as we gave it to you. A license is linked to one account.

  3. Manage its seats

    Your bulk license shows Manage seats: the seats assigned and how many are free; assign one to a colleague's email and hand them its key; free the seat of someone who left, which stops its key at once; download the list as CSV.

The keys already assigned keep working: nothing changes for the people using them. If your bulk license is linked to another account, or you need a hand, write to [email protected].
